Description:
Unit 4 is powered by 2- 60 Series 475 BHP Detroit Diesel engines for the power supply of the "on demand" hydraulic system and the tri-plex pump packages via Allison HT750DR transmissions. Tri-plex pumps are MSI 600 equipped with 3 ½" plungers for a maximum working pressure of 10,400 psi. With this configuration, this unit will be able to provide > 500 HHP total. Maximum pump rate at low pressure will be > 10 bpm. This unit has dual over pressure safety features utilizing a manual pop off set to 10,500 psi. It also has an electronic shut down that can be set to a desired pressure and will drop the engines to idle and shift the transmission to neutral. Pump rates and total volumes are digitally displayed on both the main console and the PI2000. Fluid pick up and transfer is provided by 2- 2x3 hydraulic driven centrifugal pumps. These are piped to work independently or in series using an overboard fluid source or from the dual 10 barrel Stainless Steel displacement tanks. These pumps can also pressurize the suctions for the tri-plex pumps as needed. Cement is mixed in an 8 barrel Stainless Steel averaging tank with a Coriolis flow meter/ Densitometer. The slurry is re-circulated through the mixer and High Energy head with a hydraulic driven 5x6 centrifugal pump and supported by a second 5x6 pump to pressurize the tri-plex suctions or perform back-up mixing duties.

Unit #5

Description:
Unit #5 has an MSI 10,400 psi pump package with a 60 series Detroit Power package. This unit has stainless steel displacement and mixing tanks built not only for looks but longevity of service. The unit is capable of continous mixing cement monitored by a Coriolis Denitometer and Flow measurement system. This unit has its own cement bottle mounted on the same trailer or it can mix from additional outside sources such as the New Bulk Cement trailer. The cement unit has a 300 horse power pony engine to support the hydraulic power pack which powers the 3 centrifugal pumps used for feeding fluids to the displacement tanks, tri-plex pump and the continuous high energy cement mixer along with the low pressure high volume air supply for the bulk cement bottle.

Unit #6
