Our Production Services

Our Production Services contain a well-rounded fleet of mobile rigs for a capability to handle a wide rage of jobs that cover everything in completion and maintenance work including injection well jobs and plugging and abandoning projects. Whether for hoisting, swabbing, rotating or circulating, Reliable's rigs have the reputation of being the best and most up-to-date on the market, as well as the best maintained. To prevent down time, we have a full time staff of specially trained mechanics whose sole function is to keep company rigs operating in peak condition at all times.

Our rigs are known for a superior selection of support equipment. Reliable's rigs can be counted on to have the right auxillary tools for each specific job. To further assure against delays, spare equipment is available and kept on stanby in the event it is needed.

Drawworks and Carrier:
Skytop 600 powered by Detroit 60 Series Engine with 5860 Allison transmission equipped with hydromaticbrake. 450 H.P. drawworks.
Derrick:
102' X 275,000# telescoping derrick. Racks 19,200' of 2 3/8" tubing and 17,200' of 2 7/8" tubing. Rigged with 1 1/8" drill line, stand pipe and 5,000# psi Kelly hose.
Auxillary Equipment:
  • One (1)150 barrel mud tank with circulating manifold and mud agitators
  • Gardner Denver PA-H Triplex pump with 4 1/2" pistons powered by 12V-71 Detroit engine with Allison 5860 transmission
  • Handling tools for 2 3/8" and 2 7/8" tubing
  • 2" centrifugal water pump
  • 30 k.w. light plant
  • 6" X 5,000# Townsend double stack BOP's
  • TIW safety valve, 2 7/8" EUE tubing

Derrick:
112' X 275,000# telescoping derrick. Racks 19,200' of 2 3/8" tubing and 17,200' of 2 7/8" tubing. Rigged with 1" drill line, stand pipe and 5,000# psi Kelly hose.

Service King 575 powered by turbo charged Detroit 60 series engine with a 4500 OFS Allison transmission equipped with Kobelt disc brake assist and 450 H.P.Drawworks
Derrick:
104' x 250,000# telescoping derrick. Racks 18,000' of 2 3/8" tubing and 15,000' of 2 7/8" tubing. Rigged with stand pipe and 5,000# PSI Kelly hose.

Crane Carrier Corsair 500 powered by 8V671 Detroit engine with a 6 speed 5960 Allison transmission equipped with a 22" Parkersburg hydromatic brake.
Derrick:
96' X 200,000# telescoping derrick. Pulls and racks rods in triples and tubing in doubles.
Auxillary Equipment:
  • 150 barrel mud tank with circulating manifold and mud agitators
  • Gardner Denver PA-H Triplex mud pump powered by GM 8V92 with 4-1/2”" pistons
  • Handling tools for 2 3/8" and 2 7/8" square shouldered tubing.
